U17亚洲杯预选赛第四轮，国少队对阵马尔代夫队，国少队首发公布，球队进行了大轮换。此前两场比赛，U16国足先后2-0战胜巴林，6-0大胜不丹。
谈及国少首发，董路认为：“对马尔代夫，国少大面积轮换，主力休息，看来是基本放弃拼净胜球，而是全力以赴最后一战和韩国死磕了——这是对的！”
